Yoga for the Brain - Self-Seekers
In Self-Seekers, you will begin your journey of self-exploration, cultivating introspective mindfulness and gaining a deeper sense of your true self and the intricacies of your life, including how your personal values impact the decisions you make and guide how you show up in various areas including relationships, work and even conflict. This initial phase provides the necessary foundation to uncover hidden aspects of your being, along with helping you to expand your internal and external resources for coping with stress and emotional discomfort, and sets the stage for progressing into the self-healing phase of Yoga for the Brain.
